Journal Inquirer - Report: State’s colleges have higher tuition, lower completion rates than peers

The authors of the ERN CT report say their findings reinforce a need for higher levels of funding at CT’s public universities... 'A lot of these colleges are strapped for resources themselves... they lack the resources to provide scaffolding for [students] once they’re there.'
